Spotlessly clean room, provided with electronics in the apartment as well as the bedroom. Fantastic location near to the nightlife, the Railway Station and the center of Malaga.

We stayed 4 nights here, yet it was an excellent experience. The location itself was incredible and amazing so close to the beach, the old town, and the Railway Station.

Great and good location so close to the Railway Station, Malaga city centre, and the airport. Really helpful staff and the best host ever. Exceptionally comfortable beds in extremely spacious rooms. A bath, a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets available. Splendid city view. Easy access to Helados Topsweet, just a 5-minute walk away.

Café restaurante la barbacana offers tea and goodies within 10 minutes walk. We could explore parque de malaga situated 2 km away. Less than a 10-minute walk from the bus stop. Thank you for everything — recommend.

Our stay at Apartamentos Avenue Rooms was excellent. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main street. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and spacious, with a great view of the city. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. We had a great experience overall.

Minor Con: The only downside was the slight smell in the small area between the lift and the apartment door. However, it was not a major issue and did not affect our overall enjoyment of the stay.

Great location, close to city center. Spacious rooms and nice to have the bathroom accessed via the hallway. The automatic curtains worked fine and kept the apartment relatively cool during the day. The roof terrace was awesome with sun and shade throughout the day. Wifi worked really well.

Check-in was a bit chaotic with a long wait and poor communication. The shower could have been cleaner.

The room was large with a separate bedroom and a perfect window view, it was wonderful and amazing location close to the Railway Station.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to all the attractions and amenities. The rooftop terrace provided a peaceful retreat with stunning views of the surrounding area. The dormitories facing the backyard were quiet and allowed for a good night's sleep.

There was a faint smell in the building, possibly originating from the air-conditioning system. Although it was reduced by taping up the air conditioning bars, it was still noticeable at times.
